Title: Power Failure inproper shutdown data loss

Not sure which version i am running think i ended up going back to stable.

The same data loss that occured once prior has happened again but this time i can definately find a cause.

Inproper shutdown has resulted in complete erasure of all chanserv registrations.

Bot registrations vamoosed to.

Nickserv db is still in tact though.

If the box loses power while services are writing databases then they would likely be corrupted. Restore from backups/?
