MySQL or no MySQL Windows should be used

Trying to get services running on a new Unreal 3.2.7 install and noticed that there are two flavours of Anope for Windows users. One is with MySQL and one is without. Should the former one always be installed? What purpose does the no MySQL release of Anope serve?

Unless you have a need for the MySQL version I wouldn't bother installing it.
