Title: Problem with UsePrivMsg
Post by: akito on December 21, 2009, 12:54:03 PM
I am trying to get services to talk via Privmsg.
Even though I have PrivMsg un-commented out in the config, they still only talk via notices. Does anyone have any ideas?

Have you restarted your anope services? Also; what version of anope are you using?

Hmmm... odd. Not heard of the privmsg not working before? Especially not the stable version...

OH nevermind lol. It'll become default for new users, but not existing ones *slaps head*

Not if you don't set NSDefMsg as per the advice given in the config file.
