HostServ Module Request

I was wondering if there were any HostServ modules around that will make the HostServ Set, SetAll, Del, DelAll commands so only a Services Root can use them?  If not, could someone code one to do it? Thanks, I am using Unreal3.2.7 with Anope1.7.21
