Title: Colors on VHosts and users can set their own vhost

There is any module that you can set your own vhost if you are not a Services Admin?? For example, you can set a vhost for your nickname one time on 24 hours and cannot set some masks which are banned, for example *hack* or *sex*

And one more thing.. Is there something that you can set colours, bold and underline vhosts? I have seen some Networks using unreal ircd and the users have colours on their vhosts. Can it be possible set this kind of vhost with Anope with a module or something?
