ok ive ahd anope fro maybe a month now and ive always wanted to know how do i get alias like ./ns or /cs

For that you will have to see your IRCd configuration. if using UnrealIRCd simply putting the following in your unrealircd.conf file and making sure the set::services-server is the exact name that you gave Anope in its ServerName directive:
