Channels modes not recorded on restart

Hello there,

I've noticed a small trouble whith Denora (Denora-1.5.0.755): when restarting, the channels modes are not checked, so all the +s and +p channels are visible in magirc.

Update to the most current git should fix the issue was reported a while ago

I don't follow the git version, I alway use the stable release. Gonna have a look on git :)
