Link blocks are okay, I had already checked that. On the same host as that the Unrealircd3.2.8.1 runs same goes for Anope 1.8.5 but and Anope did connect properly...

Freebsd 6.*

1.4.4 could run...

I think checking the notice message from IRCD might also help when denora tries to connect to IRCD.

The problem here is your kernel is blocking the connection attempt with a file I/O "permission denied" error.

This is usually caused by a firewall or similar application with rules that prevent the precise connection you have set Denora up to make.
