Title: Channel Modes AFTER identify NOT after rejoin? (1.7.21)

Hi

How can i get the channel modes after /ns identify <password> ?

(JOIN) You joined #test
—› msg (nickserv) identify <pass>
(NOTICE) from (NickServ) Password accepted - you are now recognized.
(PART) You Left #test
(JOIN) You joined #test
ChanServ setting mode: +qo blah blah

@ Anope 1.6.x i get the modes after identify but @ 1.7.21 after rejoin :(

Enable NSModeOnID and ns autoop setting.

[15.14.22] -NickServ- Syntax: SET AUTOOP {ON | OFF}
[15.14.22] -NickServ- 
[15.14.22] -NickServ- Sets whether you will be opped automatically. Set to ON to
[15.14.22] -NickServ- allow ChanServ to op you automatically when entering channels.
