i want to add a forbidden command to anope. example.

i don't want any oper can write "/os mode #test +h nick"

but only this command. i want he can write "/os mode #test +o nick"

I only want to forbidden 1 command in command.

can i add anope a forbidden command like this.

example  : +h is forbidden from commands..

if anybody send +h to services, services ignore this command
