Hello,
I have Anope 1.7.21 and Cs_Sync Vr. 1.1/Bs_Fantasy_Ext vr. 1.1.16.
In  My configuration, Anope Seems to be giving me issues through !sync

[15:23] <~iBook> !sync
[15:23] -**Bot- This command has been disabled. Pls Contact Network Staff for more info.
[15:23] * **Bot sets mode: +ao **** ****

BUT :

[15:35] <~iBook> Local Input: /cs sync #ibook
[15:35] -ChanServ-  Synchronized userlist with channel accesslist for #iBook.
[15:35] * **Bot sets mode: +o *************

Any Help Would be wonderful!!!

I get the message "This command has been disabled. Pls Contact Network Staff for more info." too. I can't seem to find where this is disabled.

Im kinda new to Anope, is there something I am missing?

you need bs_fantasy_ext AND cs_sync modules installed and in the delayedmodautoload, or whatever it's called in services.conf, cs_sync loaded before bs_fantasy_ext.
