Autoop when identify

Hi.
My problem is when you are in a channel Chanserv dont op the users who who have the sop/aop flags, they have to cycle the channel to get the +o flag from chanserv. They are indentifyed with Nickserv. The /msg Nickserv autoop on, didnt help. How do I solve this?

Enable NSModeOnID in services.conf
