os exception problem

I have limited dhe connection per user at 2 in my network and i have put

dhe /os exception limit for dhe server IP to 45 for a test. When i connect more then 2 psybnc´s the server kills them!

[20:47] -Irc.***.*- *** Notice -- Received KILL message for bla!~bla@UserHost-F8838B98.***.* from OperServ Path: Chat!OperServ (Session limit exceeded)

Does someone has any idea?

when you set the limit to the server ip do you mean you set it to irc.yourserver.com or ip.?

I have set it to the IP and to ne hostname of the server p********.pureserver.info

but the services kill all connecting psybnc from this IP/host
