Title: [request] detect user mode change

Is it possible for a user mode change module to be made?

I.e on NeoStats it tells you when a user comes a bot (umode +B) etc

I wouldl ike this change sent to the service log channel..

That should be about IRCD module, i guess.. ;)
Anyway, what is the use to get mode change (for example +B) and log in logchan?
