i wanna protect all my oper when they use superadmin .. i want to give them a password...

try using os_superadmin_pass module by SGR. But i can't assure you that the module will work fine because the module is outdated and moreover i never give it a try to use that module ^^

don't know about .15, but it worked fine on .13 on my net (yeah i m lazy and haven't updated in months :P )
