Unfortunately, since everyone works, and has lives outside of Anope (except me), it leaves us with an informal idea of releases.
With that aside, I can try and touch base on a few things;
The 1.7.x releases are still classed as Development releases and NOT stable. The eventual goal with the 1.7 branch is to make it a 1.8 stable release thus in effect replacing 1.6.x as legacy. I use 1.7.14-svn on production networks with less problems than I experienced with 1.6!
MySQL Stage 3 is under development in SVN somewhere. It's a fairly big task but will yield benefits upon completion. Unfortunately, I have no time frame here as its less developed than bug fixing.
We are working on the site (particularly a modules repository replacement for the dirty list at the moment), and indeed going to plough resources into our Wiki and hopefully get some info going.
