Is Anope dead?

I've been a user of Anope software for a fair few years at this point. (Since 1.8 was the stable branch). I've noticed lately that the forums are slow and little to no activity from devs on the bug tracker.

Is the project dead? :(

Not at all, we're all still on IRC. 2.1-devel still gets worked on.

Git history still has changes.
