At present no, however it is possible, but not easy, to do it via a module.

unless you deal with hundreds or thousands of akills daily, it's not worth the time to code the change. In 99.99% of cases, there are never an overwhelming number of akills to sift through to warrant such an ID system. Not to mention that the akill list is searchable.

I have my own client-side script that automatically shoves in an ID with each gline I set, and also stores the ID in a file which I can refer to later. Maybe that's an option :)
