you can't open modules once they have been compiled to a .dll
you have to open (and edit) the source .c files and then recompile the .dll

the .dll files are not write protect, but they are compiled code.. machine code, completely unreadable
don't know what more info you d want about it
and those .c files are called the source code and they are available for download as well... when installing on *nix you need them to compile anope

yaya, i mean the sources, wad program should i use to write or edit...
and when i szline, where the szline is located? can i open it and directly edit the list?

You shouldn't edit anything but configfiles or you will loose support.
As oper you can list all sz/s/g... lines and add/remove them in irc.
