No Need To /CYCLE after setting user modes
« on: April 17, 2007, 03:34:50 AM »

Hey Guys :) !
Here's my question regarding anope's configuration file ...

I did this a while ago but I can't recall how I did this, So I'd better ask ... !

Right now after a user joins a channel and IDENTIFYs to the nickserv he/she needs to issue a /CYCLE so the ChanServ gives the +v/+h/+o/+a/+q (for the ppl in the ACCESS LIST) to him/her, but I remember that I changed something in the services.conf so right after IDENTIFYing the modes were issued, and there was no need for doing a /CYCLE ... :)

yeah thats it. and If you enabled this, but the user doesnt get its mode he just needs to do: /ns update ;)
Or you use bs_fantasy_ext (3rd party module) and you can do "!up" to get your channel-status-mode.
