need help on removing an Gline

one of the ircops on our network glined somebody.
how do i remove the gline ?
i tried /gline -@adsl-dc-2f3ac.adsl.wanadoo.nl

but that didn't help
also tried to use /gzline -@adsl-dc-2f3ac.adsl.wanadoo.nl

didn't work either.
