Hi I Have New Problem :)
When I identify for my nick and then netadmin chanserv sets mode +qo on #erevan channel why?

chanmode +q is given to the channel founder and has nothing to do with being an oper or netadmin.

no lock here I do next /identify pass
then /oper nick pass
and when i enter Oper Chanserv Give On all channel my access on #erevan +qo on #services +ao why ?

Are you the founder of the channel?? .. if so you get +qo because you are the founder .. and in #services you would get +ao for being an SOP .. it has nothing to do with being an oper.

listen i join to server ident with /identify mypass
then when i use /oper nick pass and enter operator
in this moment chanserv sets all mode on channel where i stay why ? i don't want it

Are you also typeing /msg operserv set superadmin on ?
