More Fantasy Commands
« on: November 10, 2006, 02:38:12 AM »

I didn't read the release docs...so I may be restating something built into Anope...but.

There should be commands for IRC Operators such as:
!kill
!gline
!gkline

With inputs like: !kill <nick> <reason>
!gline <nick(or)host> <length> <reason>
!gkline <host> <length> <reason>

Maybe even: !shun, and !muzzle (to ban someone in ~q).

Dunno, I am just throwing random ideas out there from my use with Anope.

I fail to see the difference between !gline and !gkline which to most IRCd's are the same thing. Also fantasy commands are generally for channel maintenance and not really designed for network management.

To be honest i cant see the difference between typing /kill NICK REASON and !kill NICK REASON except the latter requires you to be in a channel with a BotServ bot where as the /kill command you dont even have to be in a channel. Same for the !gline and !gkline compared to /gline or /akill depending on the IRCd
