Title: Outage on IRC - Fixed

Hi,

There was an outage at 7am GMT+1 which caused a complete disconnection of ALL IRC clients on irc.anope.org. This was caused by the downing of irc server providers server.

We have recovered our ircd/services to an alternate host and updated the DNS for irc.anope.org.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

The original server is now back, so we are running two.
