how can an admin strip the ip from a nick registration? For example, when a user registers the nick, an ip address is automatically added (can be viewed from $ANOPE/bin/listnicks)

to
jfroebe@*
This is within a private network and have lots of users that aren't that computer literate. I can't expect them to learn much more than very very simple things.
