How to Translate Anope to your langauage (never been translated to before)

1. Grab a copy of SVN copy of Anope so that you have the most current files
2. in the anope/lang folder locate en_us.l and make yourself a copy to have a back up of the english to work from
3. Translate file over to your langauge you only have to do this part

USER_RECORD_NOT_FOUND  <---- no translate
Internal error - unable to process request.  <---- translate this part

4. Compile anope as normal leaving your language file named en_us.l
5. Check anope with various commands to see that it displays correctly for you
6. Rename your language file so Russian to ru.l as an example.
7. Contract the anope team with your file so they can update the code to house your language

Anyway, as languages files are part of source code, Anope DOESN'T support source editing

[dx] get a clue, someone is offering to update/translate a language file. They have to
touch the files. So back off with the no edits, cause you will only piss off translators and me

Yeah, I agree, but in this case it is just editing source.

.. translating is perfectly allowed, it would be utterly *ridiculous* not to. I appreciate your trying to help other people, but this is not a case where that help is needed :)
