The devel API documentation has been updated since it was long overdue.

The site is still the same: http://dev.anope.org/doxy/html/

For Windows users that would like a compiled, .chm helpfile of the Anope doxy it can be found at: http://dev.anope.org/anope-doxy.chm

For users that wish to upload an html version to their own private site or want an html version to use locally: http://dev.anope.org/doxy.zip
