Title: Anope + Usermodes

I've been looking all over the Anope source code and can't seem to find it...

How does Anope check usermodes, like say if a nick had +h usermode it'd return 1, else 0? I need this for a modification so that helpops can use /nickserv confirm on other nicknames...

We don't support core modifications or questions asking how to change the core.
