When doing stats that has relation to services.myorganization.org running ViagraIRCD both in same host, it shows services.myorganization.org[unknown@255.255.255.255], but when I connect anope 1.7.19 to solid-ircd, it doesn't show that way. Is there any way to set anope ident? or maybe username? For me [unknown@255.255.255.255] looks ugly.

This is completely and 100% out side Anopes control. This is the ircd's business, go ask your ircd development team.
