everything hosted @ zero.org is offline... svn, docgen, doxy, ...

This partially correct. For the most part no one can get to zero.org as it is basicly hosed at the moment. However, when it is up several countries can not get to it due to some firewall issues which is where the "you are blocked" is coming from and why it sometimes works for some people and not for others.

We are aware of the issue and are working on getting everything back on line as fast as we can. Thank you for your patience.

I wrap anope help command (http://anope.zero.org/docgen/en_us/) into my network site and yesterday, I saw that "blocked" message and I thought I was not allowed to wrap it into website :)

well the hosted version is way out of date to start with, when it comes back or if you catch me on IRC I'll send you the script that generates the help html and you can host and update your own.

Those that wish to have this script for themselves they can download if from Anope directly from http://anope.zero.org/docgen/en_us/ by clicking the "Generated by Anope docgen.pl 2.2" link.

Those that cannot get to zero.org I have mirrored the script, completely unaltered, at: http://ircd.shellnode.org/docgen.tgz

I have installed The docgen script at http://anope.ircmojo.net/ for those that wish to get to it while zero.org is down. You may also download the script by clicking the link. The shellnode.org site is no longer available so I have moved it to my site.
