While we cannot prevent to creation or usage of 3rd party modules nor would we try. I must say that the only official Anope website is http://www.anope.org and any module that is not supplied with the official Anope package is not supoprted by Anope.

Usage of any 3rd party modules or release is to be used at your own risk.
