aliases not work

I have a problem, if I input help / ns, I get none answers from anope.

the aliases are completely in the Unreal.conf in there, written also right. The ulines also are right. But nevertheless I get on / ns help none answers.

The system
Unreal3.2.6
Anope 1.6.5

Add this line to unrealircd.conf:
Code: [Select]
include "aliases/anope.conf";

Then make sure "services-server" in unrealircd.conf is EXACTLY the same as your services server name (ServerName in services.conf). Bear in mind it IS case sensitive.

I stood everything in the unreal.conf in there. Therefore, I don't understand this.
Everything gets along this in there

did you check services-server in your set blocks was correct like I suggested?
