Admin Page white & cant login

Thank you for the new update.
I successful updated my magirc to version 0.9.0
When i try access http://magirc/admin/ the admin page is white & the login button is missing
I did have this problem when i first installed it but can not remember how to resolve it.

Problem resolved in mysql
Changed base_url to http://magirc.example.net.au/ in sql table
Worked fine

Did you run setup after upgrading? What version did you upgrade from?
