Newer VC+++ fixed startup problem

I moved Anope and UnrealIRC to a newer windows box today running XP Pro SP3 and spent several hours trying to get Anope to run properly. Every time it was started it errored out with the message indicating the configuration was not correct. This was even after installing the VC +++ Runtime linked here. I then discovered a newer version of the runtimes here http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/confirmation.aspx?familyid=A5C84275-3B97-4AB7-A40D-3802B2AF5FC2&displaylang=en which fixed the problem.
