is there a mass umode command or module?

i have seen modules like os_amode and os_massmode etc that will work on all channels.. but is there one that will allow me to mass set all user modes on the fly ? (ie +R all users or -R all users)  for anope-1.8.5 on unrealircd 3.2.8.1

channel massmode modules can exist easily simply because of the do_mass_mode function in Anope's core. It makes DefCon easier to implement.

There isn't one for users. What did you have in mind for a reason?

i was hoping for a umode version of os_massmode  where you can mass set every users modes on the fly..
 reason being for when we get a load of idiots on say spam pm'ing others, we can mass umode everyone to +R  for example. just a bit of extra control as opposed to having to superadmin then /os umode nick mode , which with alot of users is gonna be hellish lol..

What about letting your users choose what to do if they get spammed? There are much less intrusive ways to control spam, like say ... spamfilters?

Some forms of "extra control" should be completely avoided.

speaking of first timers.. are there any 3rd party anope modules at all from the anope crew that they have done as a side project sort of thing ?
