this module work, but have an problem, he dont get memo level set in channel, i think this anope bug, for example, in anope any user registered can send memo for channel, with module, any user level with 5 or more can send memo for channel, but if you set level 10 in channel for memo, no have effect, its always level 5.

This is not a bug in Anope, the module doesn't honor Anope levels. The modules description clearly states it's for HalfOp and higher. Please read module descriptions completely before using them.

i'm requesting for the module get the level set in channel for memo, its only my sugestion.

I understand that.

All I am saying is that it's not a bug in Anope as you suggested.

was my mistake about bug, i see in help the memo level its only for list and read memo, I thought it was to send too.

i think its better the memo level get read, list and send, because any registered user can send memo for channel, its confused.
