Yes, people of my IRC network are requesting of a !topicappend fantasy module that'll append text to the current topic...

for example, let's say the current topic was "Topic 1"

!topicappend Topic Part 2

that would append to the topic and the final product would be: "Topic 1 | Topic Part 2"

I know of a certain services suite that has this, but I don't like it and I will not be naming it. Can someone help me out with hooking me up with a module please?

my bs_fantasy_ext module allready has it build in, but it r still alfa versions... so don't recommend using it on anything except a testnet

if basically comines a lot of stuff from the bs_fantasy by SGR and bs_fan by ProjectDEAD
