Web Based registration form for nick and channel

I would like to ask If it would be possible to let users register their nickname and channel online on a webpage.

It's possible, but you need a PHP page wich connect to the server and make the registration.
You can have a look on http://www.ircz.fr/forum/viewtopic.php?id=1446 wich is a snippet for a nickserv registration over web.
