Small but useful.
When an akick gets removed, the matching ban (or bans in case of user akick), will get removed with it.
If you assume there're people that prefer to remain the current state, so I suggest also to make a "/cs set" command for this. Something like:
/cs set #chan DelBanWithAkick on|off
