Title: bs_fantasy_ext's akick cuts off reason

So feh, drama was ensuing thus I had to break out the akick. I added it and it cut off the reason

<paulmer> .akick add x512dev New rule, create drama? Automatic 1 hour ban.

(reason why is it :New in the /CS AKICK #euphoria LIST is I tried readding it with a : before the reason and it also failed).
