Title: Making Bots join a channel.

I want all my services to join one channel. Like for instance #Services , so when someone joins, they can easily see all the services available to them.

Anope doesn't have that functionality build-in...
There are some 3rd party modules that offer this, just take a look at the modules site (http://modules.anope.org), but i wouldn't recommend it.
None of the modules respect botminusers which means they have the potential to cause desyncs between anope and the ircd.
