as for integrating anope with a website or forum, anope has the ability to
export to a mysql database, but it will
not read from it, unless told to do so during startup. Then it will read everything at once into its runtime memory. So changes made to the sql database by a website or forum would simply be ignored.
i thought there was a module that allowed you to tell anope to do some specific things like reg a new nick, but it s old and since its not on the module site, i think the author currently does not support it.
