i want to restricted my server.Authorized persons can join my server, just like as whitelist .
it modual i can get ?

This is best served with ircd side work. By time services knows the user is there, they are already connected to the server. If its done on the ircd side they will never appear on the network at all. Consult your ircd docs for what you want.
