this module work fine, but have an problem, the quotes its global and not for channel, and any channel operador can modify, for example, i'm irc operator and add 10 quotes in #help, any user can create #xchannel and delete all quotes or add new quote.
the quote need be separate for channel or only irc operator can del or add new quotes, and users only view.
