[REQUEST] os_abuse_log
« on: July 09, 2007, 09:29:00 PM »

I'm looking for a module that could output a log to like PREFIX/services/logs/abuse.log that would log all abuish commands..Maybe someone could make it so I could just define which commands to log?

But most of all: NS DROP/CS DROP/NS FORBID/CS FORBID/OS RAW/OS MODE/OS JUPE/OS NOOP/OS KICK/OS AKILL/OS *line/OS CLEARMODES/OS IGNORE

I know said things are already probably in the services.log, but it has too much other crap in there.

Well, since you shouldnt have OS RAW enabled to begin with, you shouldnt need to log its use. If you do have it enabled then you will not get any official support.

He is not asking for support, he's requesting a module to log usage of abusive commands. OS RAW is, whether you like it or not, used and abused on (some) networks.

Had he requested help in say, the 1.7.x Support forum, and he had OS RAW enabled, then your reply might be warranted.

And not only that, who ever said I have RAW loaded? I just thought it would be a good thing to log for anybody who would be using it..

:S

It logs OperServ commands to the log files anyway is what I think you mean.

Also if you have a log channel and used /msg OperServ set logchan on then itll log there.

Slight bug, a Globops is sent even if AbuseLogGlobal is not specified.
