Title: os_trace Issues

When I'm trying to use the /os trace command and specify a custom reason, it always does this:

**OperServ** Zero-length reason not permitted.
**OperServ** Invalid parameter for criteria reason. Type /msg OperServ HELP TRACE CRITERIA for help.

I'm not sure why as I've specified the parameters correctly...
