Title: whowas feature for hostname

I'm looking for a module where it is kind of like a whowas but instead of doing a whowas on a nickname it will do a whowas for a hostname which can give you all the nicknames that have been on that host.  Sort of a way to link all the nicknames from that certain host.

As GhosT said, the reason being is IRCd's that support /whowas already store the information, where as Anope would have to make provisions to additionally store the information.

So this is better off as either a module for your IRCd or a module for Anope.

Im pretty certain that the dev team for Anope will agree this wont even come close to making it as a core feature.
