A small request if I may ...
I'm looking for a module that I can use (I don't think its been coded yet - correct me if i'm wrong) that can kick idlers out of the help channel (thats defined in the Anope config).
Obviously you'd need to use some sort of callback that kicks non-op/halfop/voiced users. Will need to have a config variable (in minutes) that is used for the amount of time needed for the event to trigger.
