For use Anope a database is mandatory ?

Hello,

I saw nowhere if a database is mandatory for use with Anope ?

On my Windows PC, I do not have a database. Should I take Anope-1.8.7-MySQL.exe, or with Anope-1.8.7.exe it's enough ?

You do not need MySQL with Anope, Anope has it's own Database system.
