ircd_vhostserv issue

Used to work fine, when I had services linked to the hub via TS5. After I relinked them via TS6, I noticed ircd_vhostserv no longer worked. When you use !vhost there is absolutely no reply.

If u have stoped services, and started again, try with unload module and load again

I also thought it would be pertinent to mention that it doesn't op itself when it joins...if memory serves right, it did before, when it worked. The channel is registered, and there is a botserv bot in there.
